By submitting payment for a private appointment with Michelle Hamady, YOU acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, which includes:
• keeping commitments and being on time for sessions.
• that Michelle Hamady, at her sole discretion, may limit, suspend, or terminate your right to participate in any program without forgiveness of any remaining monthly payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, fail to follow program guidelines.

Michelle Hamady has made every effort to accurately represent the benefits you will receive through mentoring with her. That being said, there are no guarantees regarding any result or benefit to be received from this mentoring. The testimonials and examples used are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will experience self-transformation, energy field adjustments and/or higher states of consciousness, including connection with their creative potential or achieve the same or similar results. Each individual’s process and success depends on many factors, including but not limited to, his or her background, dedication, starting point, desire and motivation.

Michelle Hamady is a Creative Possibilities Alchemist. She provides mentoring by means of her unique perception. She does NOT provide any type of psychotherapy service at this time, nor is she qualified to provide medical, legal, or financial advice. It is your responsibility to secure assistance from the appropriately qualified professional if such advice is desired or needed. 

There are no refunds on services purchased including “Reclaim Creative Potential” program, or any other programs or private coaching packages. Because time has been set aside by Michelle Hamady to reserve a spot for one-on-one work, in lieu of other clients, contracts for one-on-one services cannot be canceled past the 48-hour period, and no refunds will be granted.
